    I think you deserve a lot of charisma kudos, Ashley. It says you can get them by being influential, and while I don't use makeup obviously LOL, I've talked to a few JJBers, who do, and they all tell me that you are a great influence on them as far as make up goes, that you are very good with it etc, So that to me shows you are very influential. Jeez, all the kudos crew committee has to do is look at some of the things people compliment you on...and they should be dolling out charisma kudos to you up the yin yang. LOL
